Bernstein, told CNN she is working to gain his quick release, which could come "some time today." Today a judge has ordered now age 21 he will be freed from prison, he served over 2 years of 10 year sentence. My theory many cases like this out there when someone gets put on the sex offender registry when not really a predator at all. Like someone age 18 having sex with 17-year-old when there so close in age I don?t think they are sexual predator. However, I am sure are a few cases when they are actually a predator but the majority of them are not a predator.
