2008-05-16 01:41:00 Super sweet trail/husband horse. Been used for hunting trips in Mammoth for the past 5 yrs. and was a ranch horse in Utah. Lots of trail/camping experience. Does water, mud, rough terrain, traffic, etc. without a problem! Nice conformation with good, clean legs, nice bone and feet. Smooth jog, knows his leads, and neckreins nice. Good ground manners. Easy to handle. Sane, sound, and healthy. Clips, ties, loads/hauls great. Good home a MUST!

2007-09-12 19:03:00 We call him Moses because he is so laid back and just mosies along. He's a great big sweet guy. He is big boned and can carry a larger person easily. I bought him because I fell in love with his looks but I wasn't thinking about how I was going to get on him. I need something closer to a pony. He has a very smooth trot and canter and not much bothers him. He is UTD on all shots and worming with a neg. coggins. Gets along great with other horses, easy to catch. Beautiful HUNTER PROSPECT 17.2 gentle giant
2007-07-04 21:03:00 DRESSAGE, HUNTER Prospect. Pictures do no justice MUST SEE GORGEOUS GENTLE GIANT, needs show home. Green but very easy going. Very consistent pace at trot and canter. Will do lead changes . Begining of summer was riding him on trails and in arena. Lots of lunging,knows all voice commands ,stop when you raise your hand. Very smart fast learner. Started him over fences on lunge/freelunge he loves it. Would be a wonderful mount for child or adult in the show ring with some training, needs to learn leg pressure while mounted, he does do this on the ground just needs consistent riding. UTD on everything. Never raced but did train. Had bowed 4/05 ultrasound 8/05 solid heal. No problems with leg since it healed. Have all vet records. Price will increase if not sold this year.

2007-06-03 04:22:00 The so called "wild hog", wasn't wild at all, it was a family pet, owned by an older couple in Alabama, reports Fox News. The large hog escaped four days prior to being killed, by an 11 year old, after being hunted for three hours. The pig named Fred and considered a "gentle giant" by its owners Phil and Rhonda Blissitt, was a 2004 Christmas present to Rhonda from Phil since the pig was 6 weeks old.I don't know what makes me sadder, the fact that Fred was hunted for three hours and shot to death by 16 rounds, or the fact that it came at the hands of an 11 year old shooter.Fred weighed an astonishing 1,051 pounds and is probably gonna go down in the books as one of the largest hogs ever discovered.
