Hess and his wife, Jerusha Hess have penned the script for the film, which centres around the life of a high school outcast, to be played by Angarano, who attends a camp for writers where his story gets ripped off by a legendary fantasy novelist, reports the Hollywood Reporter. Clement is playing the role of the author named Ronald Chevalier. Rockwell will portray the fictional story's title character, who appears in book-come-to-life sequences under two guises: one in the teen's story and one in the author's story. Mike White and Ben LeClair, who worked with Hess on 'Nacho Libre,' are producing the flick through their Ripcord banner. The shooting is scheduled to begin in March. (ANI)
