Turns out that the tub didn't get a base and that is the reason the tiles are still popping off. I signed the lease but the management company didn't have the landlord sign her part and then it turns out that her address was incorrect on the lease and I have yet to get the corrected contract. Well, I am going to get married and want to move before my lease ends by 6 mos. What are my options? Can I just give a 60 day notice or even a 30 day...oh there is nothing in the contract, that is only signed by me with the incorrect address about ending the lease.
