2008-02-08 19:38:00 From IllSeed over @ AHH:Tank pretty much confirmed that the "TGT" album, (Tyrese, Ginuwine and Tank) will be out no time soon! Without naming which member Tank said in so many words that there is an ego problem going on and that the money should be split evenly amongst all three people. I can?t say, but Tyrese is very excited about the project. I don?t know if that says anything, but it sure shows a stark difference in opinion. But all hope isn't lost! Tank said that hopefully through prayer they will be able to get past the ego thing.

Well, he and the dude settled out of court, but since 'Wine has yet to see a penny of the $500,000 settlement, he's filed another suit. Your boy claims this whole mess has caused significant damage to his career and has kept him from professional opportunities. In a statement, Ginuwine's attorney Brandon Witkow says, "It is our belief that Mr. Bourne never intended to follow through with his and King Music Group's obligations."

2007-10-05 22:59:00 R & B singer Ginuwine filed suit in Manhattan Supreme Court yesterday claiming he signed a $1.75 million recording deal with King Music Group in May, but the company has yet to pay him his $500,000 advance. Ginuwine says he now believes the record company "does not exist." He claims to have checked corporation records in numerous states, and found that "no such entity named King Music Group Inc. is registered." He is seeking $2 million in damages from the company for having put his career on hold. Ginuwine signed with King Music because he was friends with the "company's" chief, Memphis millionaire and entrepreneur Michael Bourne . He'd known Michael for a while. They were friends. Ginuwine says, "Bourne promised him the world, and nothing happened."
