Darius Danesh in Gone With The Wind
2008-04-06 17:06:00 Now here is a welcome blast from the past. Darius Danesh is to star as Rhett Butler in the new stage production of Gone With The Wind. Darius came third in Pop Idol a few year's back behind Will Young and Gareth Gates - but he was always my favourite (the swarthy looks had nothing to do with it, honest - damn, I'm a bad liar).So to my pleasant surprise, plastered all over the evening papers, were the promo pics of a very hirsute Darius that successfully achieved a double-take from myself and made my Friday night journey home from work a whole lot more pleasurable.I have therefore dug out a few of my favourite Darius pics from my archive to share online - including the one that embarrassingly demonstrated Darius was a true Scot...ah, Darius [CIMW drifts off into dreamland]. 2008-04-04 08:36:00 Just finished watching Gone With the Wind today and it was fantastic!I've always heard about the movie Gone With the Wind from people and movies but it's the first time that I actually saw the movie. Dang! it was so long! But it's worth it. I may have spent almost 4 hours sitting in front of the PC and watching that movie but I've really no regrets. You guys should really watch it.

Agents for both players report little or no contact in the way of negotiations with the Sabres' general manager. With each passing day it appears less and less likely the Sabres will be able to retain either of their co-captains. Also, Danbius Zubrus' agent reports no contact at all with the Sabres in regards to a new contract.This is not a unique situation as in that Regier doesn't seem to like to make token offers to players just to stay in the game. He does have a tendency to work late and come in with the last/best offer in many of his negotiations. He has utilized similar tactics in situations involving Mike Peca, Jay Mckee, Mike Grier and numerous prospects.
