2008-05-03 03:26:00 It looks like Google has refreshed their PR database again and most of us have been upgraded with a higher PR. I noticed that my rank has gone up to PR2 from PR0. This is really a great update from Google in boosting our web presence. PR2 means a lot with more monetized offers now coming in my way. See my latest AdSense Earnings, SponsoredReviews Earnings and PayPerPost Earnings. Thank you, Google!!!Looking around the Net I see more PageRank increase than decrease. Shoemoney is back up to PR6, from PR5 and Tyler Cruz has gone from PR0 to PR3. It looks like many of the PayPerPost blogs that were slapped with PR0 has been given some of their PR back. 2008-04-30 19:34:00 Say it ain't so, but Google has made a recent Page Rank update which helps some, hurts others. Much has been blogged about the latest updates, with John Chow recently discussing those who benefited. Several high profile bloggers have gone up to 5's and 6's. Several bloggers penalized for doing PayPerPost and other sponsored reviews went from 0's to 3's. It appears as of today, the Monetizer who once enjoyed a PR of 3 has been "Google-slapped" as they call it, right down to the 0 mark. I take all rankings in stride, even this PR one which is quite important. Page Rank is Google's view of the importance of your website, blog or individual pages within them. While I respect Google for its search engine traffic, Adsense, Analytics, G-Mail, and other great features, this drop in rank won't defeat The Monetizer. Google Pagerank Gives a Sloppy Update
2008-01-14 14:50:00 After the news of Google updating everybody's pagerank, finally the ranking reaches my country shore and i got an update just yesterday night that i am now PR4 so i did manage to move up one level. It will take about a week to really have everyone satisfied with the pagerank given to them.Thankfully, i have not heard any drop of pagerank yet from high authority blog, mainly because they no longer sell paid links which was a big issues taken seriously by Google. You could have also notice your blog jumping from PR0 to a PR4 in the first 4 months of your blogging experience which is nothing strange so take this as a gift from Google and continue with the way you have been blogging over that period of time.This Pagerank update felt Sloppy and everyone seems to be sick and tired of hearing the next Quarter update so bloggers rather concentrate on their contents rather than building a blog made for pagerank.
