The annual good-for-the-planet jam band decention upon NYC in honor of earth day is once again here and - once again - they'll be brining a serious live stage to Central Park for a glorious afternoon concert. You'll get to hear Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder (who are awesome) and then Big Head Todd and the Monsters, The Bacon Brothers, Vusi Mahlasela, Vienna Teng. Now, I LOVE Ricky Skaggs... and I think I have a cassette of Big Head Todd somewhere. But come on guys... Green Apple fest was founded here. so why do we get a 2nd rate show compared to the folks in DJ who get to see Gov't Mule, Umphrey's McGee and acoustic O.A.R. set, a DJ set from Thievery Corporation, regga legends, Toots & The Maytals, and Warren Haynes Solo Acoustic. That lineup is better then the whole All Points West festival. I'm jaded but its still gonna be a fun show. That's what you get for being my last post of the weekend. All Ages. R...

2007-03-03 15:32:00 Hari ini gue mau cerita tentang kegiatan ngeband gw.Eniwei, kayaknya gue nggak akan btahan lama deyh di band gw yang skarang (greenapple)… coz gw sbagai vokalis cewek ngrasa nggak cucok aja gituw sama aliran band gw yang skarang ini. Tapi sayang juga sieh kalo gw kluar dari band tue…Abisnya band gw yang ini khan lumayan terkenal lah n sering manggung sana sini. Nggak jarang juga dalam perlombaan band gue dapet juara.Untuk ituw… kesian khan kalo ditinggalin. Lagian kayaknya bakalan susah deyh cabut dari band ini. Akan memakan proses yang panjang gitu deyh… coz iniy band uda solid banget, palagi masalah personil.Mmmh… gue jadi bingung. Sedangkan di skul gue bareng temen2 yang jago maen musik berencana ngebentuk band skul.Yawh,,, tapi cukup susah juga untuk cari personilnya. Perlukah di audisi??
