2007-07-29 20:41:00 Oni Press celebra su decimo aniversario en la industria del comic tras sus inicios en 1997, curiosamente su primer comic publicado acaba de ser anunciado para ser reeditado por Dynamite, se trata de Bad Boy de Frank Miller y Simon Bisley. Oni presentó sus nuevos proyectos, Resurrection que será una serie regular escrita por Marc Guggenheim y dibujada por David Dumeer que empezará en Noviembre. La historia parece muy interesante, empezará después de terminar una invasión alienígena y tras patear fuera del planeta a los extraterrestres el planeta se pregunta cual es el rumbo a seguir ahora. Because he too seems to have a few errors in his writing portfolio, not the least being that he can?t seem to resist working for money (or so it would seem). So, what examples can I dish out for him? Let?s see: Sasha Bordeaux was his creation, if I?m not mistaken? Seems that she was intro?d simply for a few worthless reasons: so that she could be framed for the murder of onetime Bat-cast member Vesper Fairchild, and then suffer in jail at the hands of other violent inmates, as Bruce Wayne initially thought of abandoning her there(!). This was in order to create a rift between the two, as Sasha then is approached by some special agents for Checkmate, who offer her a job, and then fake her death as a way of slipping her out of prison. Batman eventually finds out, but after a heated discussion with Sasha, leaves her in peace. There?s something very odd about Rucka?s leading us to wonder if Ares is doubling back o...

2007-01-02 03:48:01 Another little thing that almost escapes one's notice, but now, Greg Rucka, in this bizarre interview he gave to Newsarama along with editor Stephen Wacker last August, has shown why he may not be worth any decent person's time. It's what he says in the responses inserted within the same paragraph as the interviewer's, which I made sure to identify as best as possible:4) Re: Booster. Why are you messing with the JLI fans so much? (Greg Rucka: Because you make it so easy?.) I guess I should've realized that once Ted got his brains blown out it was all over. (Greg Rucka: Oh, come now?there are plenty of ?em left for us to kill. Really, give us a little more credit.)
