Real ID with Guiliani
2008-01-28 02:24:00
Chertoff isn’t the only Nazi around: And in other news, Vermont town votes to arrest Bush & Cheney. Of course, this stuff is all totally meaningless.  Guiliani isn’t going anywhere, he’s not even a real candidate for the (s)Election 2008. And Vermont isn’t going to do anything about Bush & Cheney.  Nobody is.  We’re stuck with these ...

Rudy Guiliani - American Terrorist
2007-12-22 20:06:00
This is the last person that should be president! Merriam-Webster defines Terror as: “a state of intense fear” Terrorism as: “the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion” In Guiliani’s statement that Democrats in power would put us on the “Defensive”, he suggests that we ...
Huckabee leads Guiliani - Clinton's lead down to 12
2007-12-05 18:03:00
While enjoying an amazing surge, Mike Huckabee has earned support from 20% of Likely Republican Primary Voters nationwide. Three points back, at 17%, is Rudy Giuliani. That?s the lowest level of support ever recorded for Giuliani in the tracking poll and represents a seven-point decline over the past week. Huckabee has gained eight points during the same time frame. While not falling as far as Giuliani, Hillary Clinton has lost ground recently in the race for the Democratic Presidential Nomination. The former First Lady now attracts 34% of the vote nationwide. That?s the lowest level of support recorded for Clinton since Rasmussen Reports began daily tracking in mid-July (see recent daily numbers). In weekly results, Clinton?s support hasn?t been this low since April. (see history of full week results from January 18 to present). Barack Obama is now within ten points of Clinton with 24% support nationwide. Among Democrats, Clinton, Obama, and John Edwards are locked in a tight b...

No surprise, but ole’ ROO-JOO just LOVES the USA (so-called) “Patriot” Act; defending it tooth and nail as supporters of that guy with two first names (Ron Paul — Opposes the Patriot Act) encircled him on a stroll through New Hampshire, waving their “Ron Paul For President” signs in his face… From The Swamp: Pro-Patriot Act Giuliani ...
Former Governor Edgar endorses Guiliani
2007-11-20 22:04:00
This is a pretty good endorsement to have in Illinois. Governor Edgar is about the only state wide Repubilcan with any kind of popularity. I still with that he would have endorsed Fred Thompson, but Guiliani is my second choice...

Mob Ties? I really don’t see what the big deal is. Mob ties for Bernard “Bernie” Kerik and Rudy Giuliani? So what? It’s more troubling to me, the fact that these guys have ties to the Bush Administration who seems to be putting on a CLINIC for mobsters up on ole’ Capitol Hill ...
Guiliani, the Rapture Candidate
2007-11-07 19:05:00
Not surprisingly, Pat Robertson the Republican candidate most likely to bring him the rapture he dreams and speaks about. World War III including Iran is Robertson's most fervent wish. This wacko thinks he'll go straight to heaven. New York Times Blog The televangelist Pat Robertson endorsed Rudolph W. Giuliani today at the National Press Club in Washington, providing the former New York City Mayor with a big symbolic boost as he tries to allay the concerns of Christian conservatives about his candidacy. The endorsement by Mr. Robertson could have some impact because of Mr. Robertson?s clout through the Christian Broadcasting Network, where Mr. Giuliani can deliver a central argument of his candidacy: that the threat of terrorism is too important and should outweigh voters? concerns about his stand on abortion. [..]To me, the overriding issue before the American people is the defense of our population from the blood lust of Islamic terrorists.
Guiliani Brings Nothing New in Foreign Policy
2007-11-02 17:24:00
Guiliani's foreign policy advisor would provide more of the same neo-con attack dog ideology to a Republican Presidential administration. If you don't like Bush, you will hate Guiliani. It's much worse than more of the same. Talking Points Memo Tonight on The Newshour, Rudy Giuliani's foreign policy advisor and godfather of neoconservatism, Norman Podhoretz debated Newsweek's Fareed Zakaria on the question of whether or not to go to war with Iran. It's perhaps an apt commentary on the rightward, lunatic turn of this country's foreign policy that Fareed is taking what I guess must be called the left (?) in this debate. In any case, I really urge you to give this a look. And note a few things: one is the denigrating tone Podhoretz takes toward Zakaria. It's curdled and bitter. It jumped out at me and I wonder if it does for you as well. Second are the constant references to Hitler and the Munich agreement. Hitler has become such a throwaway reference or comparison for whatev...
Fact Checked Guiliani
2007-10-31 15:11:00
See Original StoryIn a new radio ad, Rudy Giuliani falsely claims that under England?s ?socialized medicine? system only 44 percent of men with prostate cancer survive.According to Factcheck.org Giuliani campaign adviser, who admits that his figure isn?t "technically" a survival rate at all. Furthermore, the author of the study on which Giuliani?s man based his calculations said the work is being misused, and that the 44 percent figure is both wrong and ?misleading.?It?s true that official survival rates for prostate cancer are higher in the U.S. than in England, but the difference is not nearly as high as Giuliani claims. And even so, the higher survival rates in the U.S. may simply reflect more aggressive diagnosing of non-lethal cancers, according to the American Cancer Society.Actually, men with prostate cancer are more likely to die sooner if they don?t have health insurance, according to a recent study published in one of the American Medical Association?s journals. Bush/GOP Sweetheart: 10/26/2007 - Rudy Guiliani

...Mr. Giuliani responded: “Okay. First of all, I don’t believe the attorney general designate in any way was unclear on torture. I think Democrats said that; I don’t think he was.” Ms. Gustitus said: “He said he didn’t know if waterboarding is torture.” Mr. Giuliani said: “Well, I’m not sure it is either. I’m not sure it is either. It depends on how it’s done. It depends on the circumstances.
Guiliani, Give me a Break!

Rudy tells us how calling Petraeus Betray-us was so offensive. Come on. Who could resist a play on words like that? Then he goes into his standard "we must remain on offense" spiel. I am starting to realize that this man's ignorance is offensive.http://abcnews.go.com-/Video/playerIndex?id=3596849&a-mp;affil=wjla
When It Comes to Confronting "Clinton, Inc." Rudy Guiliani Is Without Peer
2007-09-17 18:50:00
Last week, any reasonable person came out blasting MoveOn.org for their New York Times ad calling into question the integrity of General Patraeus. The Times revealed themselves to be the partisan hacks they are when the AP reported that the ad was placed at a discounted rate. With leading democrats mum on the issue, almost supporting it, Republicans began to respond. The fuhrer should have reached a fevered pitch when Madame Mao, I mean Hillary Clinton, essentially called the General a liar.Leading Republicans complained and showed some outrage, which was more then I could have expected from this spineless group. But Rudy Giuliani actually did something about it. Giuliani demanded that the Times give him the same rate to place an ad that defended the General and more importantly attacked Hillary. Giuliani also bullied the paper in to publishing the ad at a time of his choosing - in this case the day after the President addressed the nation on Iraq. The Mayor did not stop there as he ...

Guiliani You're Killing Me!
2007-07-22 21:59:00
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/198-44221/Just to be clear. In January of 2009, I want to see Wayne Allyn Root as president of the United States. I do know that is unlikely, but I feel it is possible. My #2 pick (and much more likely to win) is Rudy Guiliani, and right now, he is killing me.At the first Republican debate in May, Giuliani was alone among the GOP candidates in offering a less-than-robust affirmation when asked whether it would be a good day if the Supreme Court overturned the Roe v. Wade ruling.“It would be OK,” Giuliani said. “It would be OK to repeal it.”But, he added: “It would be OK also if a strict constructionist viewed it as precedent” and kept the law intact.Aghsadfahgassdhfa!!!! (That was me angry.)As some of you know... nothing upsets me more than candidates flip-flopping on issues just to appeal to a group of people. I view this as flip-flopping. However, he did still say some nice things in the article about who he would appoint to the Supreme Court.

2007-07-17 15:36:00
"Hot For Hill." "This Is Why (Mitt Romney's) Hot." "Obama Girl vs. Guiliani Girl." The continuing onslaught of political videos using humor makes one wonder what's next for the 2008 presidential candidates? A rock concert tour? Their own music television channel? YouTube fans certainly are creating enough Obama, Clinton and other content to launch the next spin-off of MTV. Want your PTV, anyone? With some of the new political videos, though, we may need Tipper Gore to step in again and devise some type of warning labels for these racey numbers. Oh wait: Tipper's cool now. Remember, she and hubby Al Gore just blazed some "Live Earth" with the likes of XXX-rated cannibus king Snoop Dogg a few weeks ago. So carry on, YouTubers. With 18 months still to go before election time, there'll be no fading to black in this political video game anytime soon. MITT ROMNEY - THIS IS WHY I'M HOTOBAMA GIRL VS. Guiliani Needs A History Refresher [Digg]
2007-07-08 18:24:00
Have you ever heard of an army being required to give a printed schedule of its release to the enemy? It makes no sense, does it? Whether you’re for the war or against it, you would never have an army retreat on a six- month, one-year, 18-month schedule explaining, We’ll reduce the forces by 20,000, then by 30,000, then by 50,000.
Guiliani still frontrunner according to Quinnipiac
2007-05-03 18:21:00
Former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani has a slight 44 - 41 percent lead over Illinois Sen. Barack Obama in a possible 2008 presidential face-off, according to a Quinnipiac University national poll released today. Giuliani leads former Vice President Al Gore 48 - 41 percent and tops New York Sen. Hillary Clinton 49 - 40 percent. This is by far the biggest problem facing the Democrats in 2008. While everyone assumes that a Democrat will win the White House, there are no Democrats out there who currently poll better than Rudy. It's the case of the generic Democrats usually being stronger than the real one and the real Republican usually being stronger than the generic one.
