Little kids were everywhere and there was a constant flow walking down the street! We all sat on Sara's mom's front steps to take it all in and hand out candy. I wanted to take pictures, but then realized it would be creepy of me to take pictures of other people's children and put them on the Internet. There were more hook-ups than a Velcro closure and it was a great excuse to wear whatever you wanted. Robert Palmer girl, anyone? Now, I find it rather a pain. I'm glad the kids like it and all, it's just that it's such a...I don't know... My kids start talking about costumes in September. And talking...and talking... The other adult in the house buys them said costumes in September and by the time Halloween actually rolls around, they've lost the parts or they don't want to be that anymore. Then there's the whole thing of what they can and can't wear to school, so more often than not it involves at least one of them having 2 costumes.
