2008-06-09 19:20:00 Howw yeahhh! i finally received my Open Water, and ADVANCED Open water diving licence by PADI okey :D. to make it short, it took me 1 week to complete the course, and i saw some great "zaman hang tuah wrecks" at 30 meters depth below sea level (3 atmospheric pressure oke! 3 Bars!). It was nice, saw a blowfish, deadly seasnake (which i thought was a rope!), moray eel, nemo (clown fish), lion fish, gorgeous corals!, cuttle fish laying their eggs! and you can only see them in TIOMAN MALAYSIA! :D for a great diving adventure! :DAll the pictures are taken by non professional camera, so pictures kinda blurry and unprofessionals. Although a lot sooner then others who will remain anonymous but we all know who you are.Going to Grandma'sEmily had her first overnighter at Grandpa & Grandma's house on Friday night. I was really looking forward to being able to sleep in the next morning. It has been over a year since I got to sleep as long as I wanted too. I was so excited to sleep in that I actually stayed up until 1:30 so I could sleep longer in the morning. I woke up at about 8:30 and decided to call my mom thinking that she would say Emily is doing great and I could go back to bed for awhile. Well, when I talked to her she said that Emily had been up since about 11:00 the night before with just a few little cat naps here and there. Maybe a total of about an hour she said. 2008-03-17 09:19:00 We've been approved for our new mortgage deal, it seems to have taken ages, we won't be drawing it down until June but at least its in place.We had the woodworm in the roof treated on Friday at a cost of 269 + vat. Its got a 30 year guarantee attached so hopefully this will be the end of it.The Council Tax bill arrived, an increase of 6 a month on last year, an annual extra cost 60 so I will need to adjust the budget slightly.Grocery costs update: I'm working on a Menu Plan File, which will contain a 12 week menu plan, frugal recipes and shopping lists to go with the weekly plans. At the moment I do plan what we eat however if I'm honest I deviate from it too much. I will start to follow the plan next Monday with the aim of reducing the weekly grocery bill, until then we are doing a store cupboard challenge.

2008-03-15 22:50:00 Hello from sunny Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We are in the middle of Spring Break. The weather is sort of cooperating. It sunny and warm today, but is suspose to be cloudy tomorrow. Still no SNOW in the forecast here!!!!!!! Hey, we had A snowflake here once. It's a very interesting mix of people in town right now. The snow birds are still here because it still bad weather where they are from. The spring break kids are here from all over the state and surrounding states blowing off steam from all the studing they've been doing. It makes for lots of fun. Today was the big Easter Egg hunt sponsored by the local Parks & REc Dept. It was a huge success with lots of children having fun. There will be great pictures on the front page of the local paper tomorrow. That's all for now.

A hodgepodge of happenings
2008-01-03 18:45:00 Well, the new year is here and I am a little relieved that the holiday season is over. I love Christmas time but sometimes I just get overwhelmed with all that I had planned to do and I always tell myself that I will not do so much the next year but I always end up doing just as much. I took down all the decorations last night and after hauling it all up to the attic and putting Zachary's massive ladder away I found one that forgot to get in the box. So now I have to find a place to store it for a year and then not forget where I stored it when I get the rest of the decorations out next year. We have one more Christmas celebration with the Nevada Walker's at the end of the month. We are going skiing in Tahoe for the weekend and it should be a great time together. I think that my favorite part will be when I can get Emily up in the morning and give her over to Grandma and then go back to bed. Wednesday Practice Update - Some strange happenings

Those 7 are Jesse Chatman, Vernon Carey, Vonnie Holliday, Matt Roth, Keith Traylor, Joey Porter, and Channing Crowder. So now the question is, "why?" 2007-11-25 10:58:00 I've not disappeared; I'm just busy. Hihi. With work, and guests around the house (main reason why I had to get my room cleaned asap). So tired. And I'm sick of work. I need a vacation. But I need extra money + time for that, which I currently do not have. Darn.I've also been coughing for the past few days (jangkit colleague). But this time I made sure to take the cough syrup before my condition gets worse. Prevention is better than cure. It's so embarrassing to be coughing like mad in the train and at the office. Previously when I was having cough, I didn't even bother to take any medicine, even after going to the doc. Result? Bad cough for over a month and strange looks on the train.
