No Hate Crimes?
2008-07-10 11:26:00
Updated July 15:On the more mainstream and moderate White nationalist sites such as American Renaissance, the general tone of the pieces and in the comments is that there really is no such thing as White racism in the US anymore. There are only a pitiful few incidents here and there, and it's all a big joke.Hanging nooses is just a silly gag. Blacks and Hispanics need to quit being so hypersensitive about everything, and just let it go. Racism, when it refers to Whites, is always in quotes, implying it does not even exist, while other races are constantly accused of racism against Whites that is actually real. So it is as if the only real racism problem in the US is against White people. The usual response is to say that these people are just a bunch of lying racists.I will, however, say that there is a bit of truth to these accusations. Racism by Whites is dramatically exaggerated in the US, and every little comment or scribble is inspected for the horrible crime. Hispanics and Blac...

PART X: CAIR Pushes Phony Charges of Anti-Muslim Hysteria, Hate Crimes
2008-04-04 16:24:00
In a series of thorough and carefully documented articles, the Investigative Project on Terrorism has detailed the sinister side of the self-proclaimed Muslim civil rights group CAIR. Today's tenth and final installment takes a look at CAIR's persistent -- and often contrived -- charges of "hate crimes" perpetrated against Muslims and supposed "anti-Muslim hysteria" rampant in this country. Here are some of the highlights: · CAIR's annual report on the status of Muslim civil rights in the United...(read more)

CONGRESS SHOOTS DOWN MATTHEW SHEPARD HATE CRIMES BILL
2007-12-08 13:08:00
Imagine being beaten to death for being different.... Matthew Shepard (December 1, 1976 ? October 12, 1998) was an American student at the University of Wyoming who was brutally attacked near Laramie, because he was gay, on the night of October 6 ? October 7, 1998. He was robbed, repeatedly pistol whipped, tortured, tied to a fence in a remote, out in a rural area, and left to die. Shepard died from severe head injuries at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado, on October 12. His murder brought national attention to the issue of hate crime legislation at the state and federal levels. His two assailants, Russell Henderson and Aaron McKinney, were convicted of the crime and imprisoned. Henderson is currently serving two consecutive life sentences and McKinney is serving the same but without the possibility of parole.  Henderson and McKinney were not charged with a hate crime,  as no Wyoming criminal statute provided for such a charge. The disturbing an...

Hate Crimes Charges Urged For Six Accused in Torture Case
2007-11-04 01:28:00
CHARLESTON, West Virginia (AP) — Hundreds of people gathered at West Virginia’s Capitol on Saturday to urge prosecutors to add hate crime charges against six white people charged in the beating, torture and sexual assault of a 20-year-old black woman. Authorities say the accused, three men and three women, held Megan Williams captive for days at a rural trailer — sexually assaulting her, beating her and forcing her to eat human and animal feces. “Hate crimes are out of control in America,” Malik Shabazz, a legal adviser to Williams and her family and a founder of Black Lawyers for Justice, told the group. “Nooses are being hung and our women are being raped by white moms. What happened to Megan Williams was a hate crime and we want this prosecuted as a hate crime.” Shabazz pointed to statements from suspect Frankie Brewster and her son, Bobby Brewster, that racial epithets were used every time Williams was stabbed. | read more | Share This ...

Gay basher is gay. New York and hateless hate crimes
2007-10-04 07:50:00
Doesn't this illustrate how stupid we've become? Instead of just finding out if the guy did it or not, we have to know how he felt at the time- whether or not he "hated gays." Is the victim less dead? Get this line: Under New York law, they said, defendants can be convicted of a hate crime even if they bear no actual hatred for their victim. So, it's worse because you attack a favored group? The arguing sounds like a SNL skit. More below: => Read more!

Hate Crimes Tacked onto Defense Bill
2007-09-27 18:22:00
It's sad that we still live in a day and age where civil rights bills must be piggy-backed onto other bills just to get them passed. Just moments ago, The Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes bill passed the Senate, setting up a potential battle with a bigoted White House. Another version of the measure has already passed the House. The two versions of the bill must be reconciled before heading to President Bush. Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.) tacked the bill onto a Defense spending bill as an amendment to avoid a threatened veto by Bush. The president is desperate to have the spending bill passed and has not said if he would veto the Defense bill to kill the Shepard Act. The Bill is named for Matthew Shepard, a 21-year-old gay college student who was kidnapped, beaten, pistol whipped, lashed to a lonely stretch of fence and left to die alone. Almost 18 hours later, Matthew was found alive but unconscious. His injuries were deemed too severe for surgery and Matthew died October 12. He was mur...

False Prophet Kills Homosexual Claiming God Said To
2007-07-23 14:00:00
Again we have a misrepresentation of God and the New Testament Scripture concerning how we are to live our lives as Christians. Any honest Christian or Atheist knows a person which claims ?I believe I'm Elijah, called by God to be a prophet?, going around planning and desiring to kill a homosexual (or anyone) with a desire as, ?I planned on sending him to hell?, is clearly confused to the Biblical message of Christ in the New Testament of Scripture.Scripture clearly notes that there are false prophets, false teachers, false Christs, and false doctrine which was even prevalent during the days of Christ. Interestingly noted is that this false prophet apparently said, ?God first commanded him to kill during a "visitation," or dream, while he was in prison in 2001.? Why would God make a ?house call? to give him a job opposed to what He has openly revealed in the New Testament? Sorry, that is not the character of God.Christians, we need to ensure that we follow the Scripture, by studyin...

Author: Eric Subject: Hate Crimes Bill Opponents Protest for Right to Speak on SinPosted: Fri Jul 13, 2007 8:53 am (GMT -4) Hate Crimes Bill Opponents Protest for Right to Preach on Biblical Sin Michelle Vu WASHINGTON – Christian pro-family groups from across the nation rallied at the Capitol Wednesday to protest against the hate crimes bill currently being reviewed by the Senate, which opponents argue will endanger the rights of Christians to preach about the sin of homosexuality. “This hate crime legislation is hatred and intolerance aimed at ministers and good Christian folks who dare to call sin ‘sin,’” said Dr. Johnny M. Hunter, national director of LEARN (Life Education and Resource Network). “Pastors not only have a right, but they have an obligation to state emphatically, that according to Scripture, a man or a woman should not perform a sex act with a person of the same sex,” he said, as a long yellow banner facing the Capitol read “Homosexuality is a Sin” flappe...
Staged Hate Crimes & Crimes of Their Own
2007-07-03 20:22:00
We are told over and over again that homosexuals are just ?consensual adults? that don?t try to convert anyone and ?just want to be accepted just as every heterosexual?.I do not want to stereotype every single homosexual person into the following, but it must be noted that indeed neither are all homosexuals or the homosexual movement even remotely just a ?friendly tolerant people filled with love for all that only wishes for equal rights to everyone?.In fact we find the following issues also within homosexuals:1. Homosexuals who commit faked hate crimes often admit to police that they did it either for attention or to express anger over the slowness of social "reform." In either case, the initial publicity creates the impression of an urgent need for the public to do something. This manipulative method is described in After the Ball, a 1989 book by Marshall Kirk and Hunter Madsen, two public relations experts who taught homosexual activists how to achieve societal desensitization and...

New Iranian Hate Crimes Legislation - Corruptors of the World
2007-06-13 21:51:00

Under Iran's Islamic Penal Code, it carries a death penalty."Many will applaud this brave and pure legislation, especially those that Iran would like to unify under its protection in the Middle East. We're the ones wit...

Those involved were associated with the group, Repent America, a group who believes our nation is in rebellion toward God.As I read the article, I began to wonder if the author actually sat and read what she wrote, because she completely debunked her argument..."The case was prompted after 11 Christians were arrested nearly three yearsago as they witnessed in a public area during Outfest, a homosexual pride eventin Philadelphia.
