I'm not really a CHEF, but with Incog's help, I've been trying. Mainly because it means that we're not going to be eating out a lot...and that means, less calories, and less fat, and less of a nasty feeling in the morning. I made chicken tacos last week and I must admit...*wipes self down*...I did pretty darn good. I'm thinking about making some nice grilled chicken breast tomorrow night...mmm.
