Previously, my daily high in traffic was 670 hits by 458 unique visitors. Yesterday, February 18th 2007, my traffic highly eclipsed that mark by reaching these numbers: 2,134 hits by 926 unique visitors! Further, my previous high in daily RSS subscriptions was 23. Today my readership via RSS feeds is sitting at 28. Thank you, as always, to all who visit here; your time and browsing are definitely appreciated. At this time I’d like to ask all of you to comment here with any suggestions for how I can improve eJabs. Do you like the layout of the page? Should I remove any panels from my sidebars? 2007-02-05 19:18:01 Help. Still having issues with desktop PC turning itself off. Here's what I know:There's no rhyme or reason as to when it occurs, sometimes it happen right after it finishes booting, other times, it can be hours. It hasn't happened (yet) when you start it in Safe Mode. All is clear on the virus/adware front using AVG, Adaware and Spybot. It doesn't appear to be overheating, I sprayed the dust out. There's no warning, the monitor goes into hibernate, and, the hard drive is still driving, but, the green light isn't on. To get it going again, you have to hold down the power button to turn the hard drive off, restart it, then shut it down normally, restart and hope for the best. It's not out of space. Incidentally, I'm scared to defrag because last time I did it on another computer, it died an ugly death. Probably a coincidence, but, I'm skittish, now. Convince me it's OK to do. The beginning of the problems coincided somewhat with creating other user accounts for the kids, a...
