The estate of a 20 year old woman is suing the man who allegedly supplied her with heroin and beat her to death as well as the man's parents. The complaint, filed today in the Circuit Court of Cook County, states that in the early morning hours of June 29, 2008, defendant Thomas Young, who was 21 years old at the time, bought heroin and then invited decedent Gina Dominick to go to his parents' house in Prospect Heights where "he would supply her with some of the heroin he had purchased."
