I have the road view from my apartment. When looking around, there is road jam about 1km and it is still jam. This is awkward as not everyday like this. Not because of peak time as 7.30pm is off duty hours.I just received a call from my brother saying that the petrol hike would hit after 12 midnight today. I got shocked as there were news about it saying that the increase will be on August 2008. It was so sudden and there is no alert.I just checked Malaysiakini and double confirm that the price hike is confirmed. It is 40.6% price hike in petrol, from RM1.92/liter to RM2.70/liter. Diesel from RM1.58/liter to RM2.58/liter. The jam is about 1 km from petrol station and I'm sure the crowd won't less until 12 midnight today.
