2011-11-18 11:52:00 The Kindle Fire has been talk of the town since it was announced last month. This device has Android, tight Amazon integration and Silk, a new type of browser. And guess what? It is currently priced at $199. It is cheaper than our very own Reliance Tab. The device has started shipping finally in the US. It will be coming to by early next year. The dampener is that it people are reporting about Wi-fi issues with the device. There are some bugs which still have to be squashed out. The problem seems to be that the device has trouble connecting and sustaining the Wi-Fi network. Other people are also reporting that the device loses Wi-Fi when the display goes off. This is especially annoying when you are listening to Internet radio. According to Amazon’s support forums, there are quite a few workarounds to these problems.
