B&H Photo In NYC Sued for Discrimination Against Hispanics

Just over a couple of days ago the store B&H Photo in NYC which sells audio, and video equipment - settled a lawsuit for over $4.3 Million Dollars for allegedly underpaying its Hispanic Employees vs. their non Hispanic Employees who are predominately Jewish. As part of the lawsuit, B&H agreed to equalize the wages of its Hispanic employees to those of non-Hispanics, and to distribute $4.3 million (?3.04 million) to individuals who were paid less, not promoted, or denied benefits because they are Hispanic.Some would think that it is hard to believe such injustice still exists in America. It's not even a fair or ok place. I've been in jail for six hours in my life, and my wimpy middle-class White-boy self is still traumatized. At least the memories kept me on the right side of the law. I do not ever want to go back there, not even for a minute. If only arrest had this effect on everyone...But Blacks, I think especially Black men (I don't think there are a lot of Black females in prison) seem to handle it ok. Don't ask me how they do it.
