2008-03-24 22:33:00 In 2007, Nick Hogan was involved in a high speed car wreck that left his friend, John Graziano, in an almost completely vegitative state, only responding to heat & light & breathing few times on his own.The Graziano has finally filed a lawsuit agains the Hogan clan that sites 3 counts of negligence against Hulk & Nick, one against Linda, and one against the driver of the car Nick was racing (a dodge viper owned by Hulk driven by Daniel Jacobs).Jacobs had already pleaded no contest to a charge of reckless driving.
