Graphics and Sounds are not present at all in my opinion. The idea is good but game could be done so much better. Remember Theme Hospital and the big bulging heads? Now you are up for a new trilling hospital simulator. This one looks really promising if you are into the tycoon genre! Nice graphics alot of diseases to cure and alot of new equipment to add. I will give this game 4/5 since i have such a big nostalgia from Theme Hospital!Have you played this game?
