It is now reported that Idea Cellular, one of the telecom companies have benefited the most from MNP. The Cellular Operators Association of India recently carried out a survey which revealed that Airtel and Vodafone gained most of the market share from the Indian Telecom sector. In this report, Idea was spotted at third place with market share of 15.88%. It is mentioned that Idea Cellular ranks first gaining 824,845 subscribers. Whereas, RCom ranks second losing 1.2 million subscribers. Vodafone Essar. Ltd ranks third with 711,135 subscribers while Bharti Airtel Ltd. gained 650,599 subscribers.
