2008-02-12 05:15:00 Idiot Pilot: WolvesReleased electronically in October of 2007, Idiot Pilot's sophomore album finally gets the CD treatment.The band has been compared to Radiohead and on this album they employ Travis Barker for drums and Mark Hoppus does production work. I don't think they sound anything like Radiohead nor do the former members of Blink 182 have any effect on the bands music.The music sounds like a remix of Muse burned onto a faulty CD. There are computer glitches and beeps throughout every song. The songs are overcomplicated and the complicatedness is only overshadowed by confusion when they mix in elements of screamo.The band clearly has some talent but their effort seems so purposely disjointed that its completely unfixable and unlistenable in my eyes.
