The company I whore for has announced that they will be selling my division and I have been kept busy discussing the future with my 70 direct reports.It's been hard to stay motivated and focused. With that said it can get just a little tiring playing some of her games.She loves to play animals. She'll want us to pretend to be rabbits, cats or dogs. She always says the same thing. "Mommy, you be Mommy Rabbit and I'll be Baby Rabbit, okay?" After 10 minutes of this she wants to change it up. "Mommy, you be Mommy Cat and I'll be Baby Cat, okay". She never wants to stray far from the theme. Although sometimes I get to play the Daddy role instead of the Mommy, LOL.I remind myself to appreciate this time. She'll grow out of this phase soon enough. I know I might even miss this game some day. So with this in mind I'll play Mommy Rabbit up to the hilt. I will admire her long ears and soft puffy tail. The Imagination Movers describe themselves as "the Beastie Boys meets Mister Rogers" and I can't think of a better description, so I'll just run with it. Rich, Scott, Dave and Smitty sing about kid-friendly topics in a way that won't drive you completely insane. We just bought their DVD, Stir It Up, and we all love it. However, Brian and I still can't agree on who the head Mover is. I say Rich, he says Scott.
