2008-01-10 06:24:00 In Virginia, an Annandale man accused of impersonating a police officer made an incredibly unlucky choice. Nineteen year old Steven Rivas was arrested over the weekend. Police say he pulled over a motorist who also happened to be an off-duty female Fairfax County police officer. Rivas drove off when she demanded to see identification. The real officer took down his license plate number. Rivas was arrested at his home in Annandale.
