Greenwood revealed all in an interview with Word, saying his deafness was due to using the wrong type of headphones in the studio. "It came back, mostly." Greenwood said of his diminishing hearing. "It doesn't feel like I'm talking to people underwater anymore." For years, lead singer Thom Yorke said that it wouldn't happen, then his solo album, The Eraser, showed up in 2006 on the store. Looks like their latest album, In Rainbows will be heading over to the iTunes Store, according to Radiohead fansite, At Ease. Ahora que todo el vendaval montado en torno a él parece estar calmándose, ha llegado el momento de echar un ojo a las cifras. Y es que impresiona leer que se han realizado nada menos que 1,3 millones de descargas del disco, según ha confirmado la banda. But for what it's worth i'm putting my two pennies in.. . As we all know Radiohead made their new album, "In Rainbows", available for download for whatever price you were willing to pay for it. Upon the anouncement it caused a media storm and the profile of the band was raised tenfold. I don't mind telling you that I actually paid nothing for the album...My reasoning? Well, to me mp3's and downloads are a vehicle for promoting bands and artists. I decided that if I like and enjoy listening to the album, I will, like with other records, purchase the hard physical copy when it is released. But the question is, is it any good...

Tengo que decir que me ha costado mucho llegar a apreciarlos, han tenido que pasar años, haber escuchado muchas cosas antes y sobre todo no planterme nada a la hora de enfrentarme a sus trabajos, simplemente dejarme llevar y disfrutar. Y aún así no podría decir que todo lo que han hecho me guste, pero lo que está claro es que hay gente que deja su impronta y marca el rumbo que los demás han de seguir.Por eso me niego en rotundo a hacer ningún tipo de crítica a este trabajo. Seguiré con mi costumbre de siempre con ellos: escuchar y disfrutar y con el tiempo analizarlo. Respecto al rollo que se han montado con la distribución del disco, pues eso, creo que no es más que un rollito para la promo del disco.
