On 5/12/08 her rent shows up at a neighbors house and she returns it to me(my neighbor). I call to let her know and explain, she leaves a message that she stopped payment on the check but makes no say of replacing the check or paying and demands I return the check with proof of the letter going to the neighbor. I call to say I will return a copy of the check when she lets me know the plans for her rent, if no rent by notice date I still evict. Instead of just being reasonable and offering a new check for pickup or mailing she makes no mention of paying the rent. What you think grasshopper?

After the inadvertent gunshot was reported, the school was eventually placed under a Code Red lockdown isolating the students in their classrooms past the usual departure time.Multiple guns and other weapons were discovered by police during the subsequent school search. After questioning by police, six students were detained. His family is reporting that Brown was traumatized by his serving in two army missions in Iraq, and the questionable circumstances surrounding the death of his mother in 2005. While Brown was serving in Iraq, his mother Sandra McLeod was found murdered in the computer room of a hotel in Negril, an autopsy reported that she had been strangled. Three men have been charged with the murder. Brown told the FBI that he wanted to show friends how to build explosives like he saw in Iraq and planned to bomb a tree stump once he arrived in Jamaica, he was en route to visit his cousin in Montego Bay when he was arrested. The shots were originally believed by residents to be a possible drive-by incident but the Washington Post reports word that the shooting occurred in the aftermath of a street robbery. One of the shooting victims was pronounced dead at the scene, another one subsequently died at the hospital. The third shooting victim remains in critical condition as of Thursday morning while the remaining one suffered non-life threatening injuries.
