Here's his latest from his BullMarket.com."Jack in the Box reported fiscal Q2 earnings; for the period ended April 12th, the quick-serve chain posted a profit from continuing operations of $29.6 million, or 51 cents a share, compared to $26.3 million, or 44 cents a share, a year earlier. "Earnings from continuing operations exclude results from Quick Stuff, which Jack has decided to sell. Analysts were looking for EPS of 44 cents."Revenue fell 1.6% to $578.4 million from $588.0 million a year ago. Comparable–store sales at its namesake restaurant improved 0.4% in the quarter versus a -0.1% decrease last year. The tacos were very thin and flat, and there was a LITTLE bit of lettuce and something else. I can't tell what's in it. This shitty food isn't worth a penny. Don't pay 99 cents. Jack In The Box Night Shift Has NEVER Gotten My Order Right!
2008-01-25 10:36:00 So yeah, the Jack In The Box night shift has never gotten my order right. Well, technically, sometimes they do, but there's ALWAYS something WRONG with it. Sometimes it's something small like never putting the lid on the cup right and tight, then it ends up almost spilling or spilling, like it did tonight! About 80% of the time, they don't hear me right, I guess?, and they give me "Seasoned" or "Curly Fries", when I SLOWLY and clearly say "Regular Fries". I can't even remember the last time they got it right! Damn! And this time, they got the meat of the burger WRONG! How can they do that! Also this time, they fucked up my order, so they told me to exit the drive-thru, and re-enter it (after waiting about 10 minutes for my CORRECT order). There were three people behind me, and one more car coming in, so I thought, "HELL NO he's not getting in there before me!", so I cut him off. At this point, I'm trying to be patient. TRYING. Jack in the Box Sirloin Steak Burger
2007-06-18 10:54:00 I finally ate the Sirloin Steak Burger from Jack In The Box. The only problem was that IT WAS NASTY! It's not worth the extra 50 cents or so over the other regular burgers. It's not that great. It was ok, but nothing special. I wouldn't recommend paying for it. If they had a special deal or coupon where you get it for free, I'd get it, but other than that, I wouldn't pay for it. It's not good.
