Die Medien berichten, das Todesurteil gegen Mumia Abu-Jamal sei aufgehoben - das stimmt nur teilweise. Zwar wurde das Todesurteil aufgehoben, aber der United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit stellt es der Staatsanwaltschaft frei ein neues Death Penalty Hearing durchzuführen - dies könnte ohne weiteres mit einem neuen Todesurteil enden.
