If Wahler keeps himself out of trouble, he “could get out in 20 days for good behavior,” says Ruth Bowman, spokeswoman for the Seattle City Attorney’s Office to People.Wahler was also charged with criminal trespass, but that charge was dropped. The former Hills star is serving a 30-day sentence for assault and a minor exhibiting signs of intoxication, both of which he plead guilty to on Wednesday. A charge of criminal trespass was dropped. 2007-04-23 23:48:00 US magazine has obtained disturbing photos of former Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler engaged in what sources say was a dangerous game of Russian Roulette. The pictures, which were taken last summer, show the 20-year-old and his friend, rapper Jay 211, holding a pistol to their heads and then pulling the trigger. "We were just wasted one night and we ended up back at Jay's house in North Hollywood," a source who witnessed the incident tells Us Magazine. "Everyone was just playing around and they decided to play Russian Roulette. There was one bullet in the gun and Jason and Jay both pointed the gun at their heads and pulled the trigger." Luckily, no one got hurt. The source adds: "Jason's out of control. He's out of his f--king mind." When contacted by US magazine, Wahler's rep had no comment on this incident.I hope he gets help, it has been sad to watch his downward spiral since his split from Lauren.

Laguna Beach's Jason Wahler Is Sentenced To Two Months In Jail!
2007-03-07 05:16:00 Jason Wahler, a star on MTV's The Hills and formerly of Laguna Beach, was sentenced Tuesday in Los Angeles to two months in jail for the beating of two men. In September 2006, Wahler was traveling in a car with friends when their vehicle was blocked by a tow truck attempting to move an illegally parked car. Wahler, whose blood alcohol level was .22 percent at the time, got out of the car and punched one of two tow truck drivers and one city employee, authorities said. One of Wahler's companions also allegedly kicked one of the drivers and spit in his face. According to prosecutors, Wahler, 20, used racial slurs during the altercation. Wahler is white. Two of the victims are African-American. Wahler pleaded no contest to one count of battery. In addition to jail, he was ordered to attend a one-day program at the Museum of Tolerance.
