Most of you know that he had been in congestive heart failure for the past month and that we tried a few ways to help him, but the abdominal swelling continued and he became weaker over time. He did have good days when we thought we had turned a corner, but then he would falter once more. I miss him so much.It never ceases to amaze me what perfect gifts our animal companions are, and how much pure Love exists when they are here.
