Review: Ward & Jessie Workout DVD
2008-08-09 13:52:00 The DVD is worth its price. Although Ward and Jessie do not explain their exercises, their full-body workout is impressive and pretty motivating. They always do as many sets as they can, sometimes up to five sets for one exercise, until they are completey exhausted and their muscles seem to explode. The photographer did an excellent job: best light, best perspective and many closeup views of their muscles. It's a big pleasure to watch the two young bodybuilders cheering for one another and showing off their pumped up bodies. The DVD is long: one hour and 55 minutes. Afterwards you can't help but going to your gym and hit the iron.You can order the DVD here.
