Ranchi, April 27 (IANS) Six people, including Jharkhand Human Resource Development Minister Bandhu Tirkey, were injured Friday when a helicopter carrying them crashed following a technical snag in Dumka district, police said. The minister was going to Dumka to participate in an educational programme. The crash took place near Hatia Panthar, which borders Dumka and Jamatra districts. The two pilots of the copter are said to be in serious condition. They have been admitted to a hospital in West Bengal. “One of the two engines of the chopper developed a technical snag.
