Her secret to losing the pregnancy weight: "A lot of nursing," Hennessy told PEOPLE at the Food Bank for New York City's Can-Do Awards. "When you are nursing a small infant it literally sucks everything out of you." The 39-year-old actress, who gave birth to her second son, Gianni, on Nov. 21, also credits "a little bit of yoga" with her sleek physique. "Yoga is a great thing, it really helps you get back into shape," she said. "It wasn't easy though. Trust me!" The former Law & Order star and her husband, Paolo Mastropietro, also have an older son, Marco, 4 (who had already volunteered for diaper duty).
