From start to finish, they've been a joy to work with, helping me understand which carpet is right for my house/family, talking me through the estimate and fitting process, and giving me honest opinions from their experience on the choices I was making. On top of that, the fitting team always arrived when they were scheduled, were polite and tidy, and talked to me about the issues they were having with fitting the carpet before they took any action.
