Day 1 - Brazilian Jujitsu
2008-02-12 08:13:00 Another chapter added to my life, I'm training to learn Brazilian Jujitsu. I joined a local gym that teaches boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, brazilian jujitsu and more. Today was my first day and it was more than I expected. Class started at 6:30am. I am out of shape as far as cardio is concerned. I'm going to have to change my diet and do a lot more cardio in my workouts. I could barely get through the warm ups without gasping for air. Day 2 is on Wednesday, we'll see how that goes.
