It's literally brand new and with luck it will last another 85 years. After the town got together and raised about half a million dollars, demolition and rebuilding continued through the last year. It was either that or lose what those in the ski jumping world consider an iconic structure in the sport. There are no others in New England and only six others in the USA of its size. Harris Hill was built by a visionary named Fred Harris who devoted a large portion of his life to building and maintaining the jump. The jump is just one mile from Exit 2 on I-91. 2008-06-08 17:54:00 I would like to think I am on the road of recovery. I try very hard to stay positive. I don't know if it's just me or it is just how it works. I find myself go really quickly to "it's easier to just die" when the "moment" comes. I spent most of my life trying to fit the expectation. After my break down, I realized I really didn't know who I was and what I wanted. I didn't know what made me happy but I only knew what I hated. I have been trying to figure myself out. I want to be happy and enjoy my life. But the thought of "why try so hard.. just die…" has never left my head. I hate myself for thinking that way. But it feels impossible not to feel it.

Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) suggested that oil companies may be manipulating energy markets as Enron did in 2001, and that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Federal Trade Commission needed to more aggressively regulate all futures markets Do you understand? Their answer is… more regulation, and more aggressive regulation. Rather reminds one of a bunch of drunks in a car. The driver notes they’re going in reverse, and decides the answer is to hit the gas harder. Blinking idiots. That’s why. The price jump yesterday can be traced directly to the attitudes and policies of the Democrats in Congress. The comments of Cantwell and others, show clearly that Congress is not ready to do what needs be done. Rather, they’ll continue down the path of trying to regulate their way out of the situation, rather than simply get out of the way, which is in reality the only way out.
