In the Kalamazoo County area of Michigan prices are falling faster then the apprasers can keep up. Homes that we have sold 10 years ago are worth less now then they were then. in some cases. For examples at this time we have one on the market at this time we sold one year ago for $224,000 now listed for $172,000 for over a month and not one call or showing..

If you travel a lot, or make lots of calls outside your timezone, and you are like me, you spend an enormous amount of time trying to figure out what time it is where. And if your like me, you usually calculate it wrong. Moss has a great idea in their World Time Clock. This 12 sided clock has a city in each time zone placed along the outside which denotes the 12 o’clock marker for the city on the face. Now if I could only remember what cities are near the 12 cities on the clock.
