This show isn’t really a reggae show in Jamaica but still takes place on Saturday March 1, 2008 at Wavz Beach here in Negril Jamaica. The show features Bounty Killa and the ever popular Taurus Riley as well as Kip Rich, Bouncer, Sophia Squire, Sai Fiyah, DA VILLE and others. It should be more of the standard Jamaican concert with lots of loud DJ music in between performers. The show will most likely start very late and end very early the next morning and there will be lots of vendors offering just about anything you want for a concert and more. There are lots of other spring break shows, events and activities planned for Negril. Ireland: Day 5 (Killarney/Pubs)
2007-06-05 22:51:00 Today we said goodbye to Doolin and decided our next adventure lie in Killarney. We jumped on a bus, and settled in to our normal state of sleeping on our long ride to the pub packed town. When we took a 15 minute break in Kilkenny, Dan & I discussed why we slept so much on the bus rides. Dan suggested it was probably due to the slow rocking motion of the bus. While I still do not have a solid idea, I thought at the time that the sleep could be caused by the amount of Guinness we drink the nights prior to catching a bus. One suggestion I received by another tourist was that it could be the cause of jet-lag. While I like the visitor's suggestion much better than ours, especially my alcoholic one, I realized that this wasn't the case because we had already been in Ireland for 5 days. 2007-02-18 18:02:02 Two albums from an emcee in one year usually spells bad things; quite frankly, ninety-percent of the time, they’ll sound nearly identical. DMX did this almost a decade ago with It’s Dark and Hell Is Hot alongside Flesh of my Flesh, Blood of My Blood, also both issued, coincidentally on Def Jam, and while both albums were hot, Flesh seemed more like a re-hash of It’s Dark than a new album. Ghostface is an entirely different beast than DMX, though; he never runs out of fresh ideas, and when it comes to actual emceeing, Ghost is leaps and bounds above Mr. Simmons.
