It happened around noon at a bank near Weaver Lake Road in Maple Grove, Minn. Police said the robber had flowers delivered to the bank then called the bank manager telling him the suspicious looking package included with the flowers was a bomb. The suspect then instructed the manager to put money in a garbage bag and deliver it to the limo waiting outside. The limo driver, named Abdol, said he thought he was picking up a bag of clothes and said the robber acted normally, so he didn't think anything was unusual.
