2008-04-29 22:00:00 Hace un par de dÃas llego a mis manos un inesperado disco de 40 GB, entonces aprovechando la oportunidad me decidà a bajar e instalar el recién salido Kubuntu 8.04. Mi intención era, como ya habÃa contado en otra oportunidad, probar un poco más KDE4. Que puedo decir acerca de esto? La verdad es que intente analizar cada aspecto con cierta frialdad de mi parte, ya que querÃa ser lo más objetivo posible. Questo simboleggia un problema nelle repository del sistema operativo, che conviene risolvere al più presto. In questa piccola guida scriverò come impostare le repository in modo da non ottenere più l'errore.Per farlo apriamo una Konsole ("Menu' K" -> "Sistema" -> "Konsole"), e scriviamo in esso cd /etc/apt . Per Windows è abbastanza semplice l'installazione, che avviene tramite il download da questa pagina di Java che viene installato tramite un doppio click sul file appena scaricato, mentre per i sistemi Linux, potrebbe risultare più difficile l'installazione a chi è alle prime armi. Review: Krazy Kubuntu Annoyances
2008-02-15 01:16:00 I'm running Kubuntu Gutsy Gibbon (7.10) on one of my main workstations. As with its sibling Ubuntu, it's an endlessly-entertaining blend of really nice stuff and really irritating stuff. The nice stuff is nearly-current releases of fast-moving applications like KDE, Digikam, Krita, KWord, and other apps that I use a lot, easy-on-the-eyes graphics, a good set of default applications, and nicely-organized menus. The irritating stuff is they still don't pay enough attention to delivering reliable basic functionality in core functions like networking and printing. Both often require manual tweakage to get them to work correctly, and even then you may be foiled by a Helpful Daemon.
