2008-06-03 08:22:00 The ashes of legendary grunge musician Kurt Cobain - who committed suicide in 1994 - have been stolen, according to his distraught widow Courtney Love. The Nirvana frontman’s ashes were taken from Love’s Los Angeles residence, she said. Cobain’s ashes had been stored in a pink bear-shaped bag, along with a lock of his hair. Clothes and jewellery were also taken from Love’s home.
