UConn sophomore guard Jeremy Lamb (Norcross, Ga.) has been named a Top-25 candidate for the Wooden Award, as announced today by The Los Angeles Athletic Club. In fact, it might have been closer than Jim Calhoun would have liked. But when you have a special player like Jeremy Lamb, just like with Kemba Walker last season, you don't have to worry as much as Lamb led the way with a career-high 30 points to help the Huskies to a 70-57 win in front of a sell-out crowd at Gampel Pavilion on campus in Storrs on Friday night. 2008-05-16 10:12:00 This is a super simple meal just throw it all in a roasting pan and roast until done, so it is a wonderful no fuss meal. Depending on how thick you cut the vegetables, if you cut into thicker chunks you will have to par boil or they will not be cooked when the lamb is done.
