As DailyTech reports, the Chinese company has now begun taking orders for the machine, quoting a lead time of 3-5 business days on its website.Available for purchase on this page at a starting price of $1,899, the IdeaPad U110 features a small 11.1" 1366 x 768 LED-backlit display, 1.6GHz Intel Core 2 Duo L7500 processor, 2GB of DDR2-667 RAM, Intel GMA X3100 graphics, 802.11g Wi-Fi, a 120GB 4200RPM hard drive, and Windows Vista Home Premium. With those specs and a four-cell battery, the U110 weighs in at just 2.4 lbs (1.09 kg) with a thickness of only 0.72-0.88" (18.4-22.4 mm).
