They often want an agent to run over and list the home immediately. However, although the seller may be emotionally ready to go on the market, the home might not be. The first thing a seller should do while waiting for an agent to show up is remove all cars from the driveway. The agent will probably want to shoot photographs, and you don't want a photo of your home to go online with a car in the driveway. It looks terrible. Walk through your house and ask yourself if it's OK that the agent takes photographs of what you see. For example, if you don't want your child's yearbook photo online, take that picture off the wall. It's OK to shove dirty dishes in the oven but it's not OK to leave them in the sink. We aren't just going to the tropics for some R & R, we are going on the TCM Classic Cruise which has Theme Nights, so two of my outfits are for that purpose. Case in point: my Joan & David retro shoes (above) that I'm wearing for the 1940's Night In Casablanca evening on Friday. Saturday night is Swing The Night Away so in goes my 1950s swing dancing outfit. Then of course there's casual wear for the port stops in Key West and Cozumel. In all I think I'm taking 5 pairs of shoes, and I can't cut it down any more than that. Oh - and as usual we aren't checking any bags, so all this stuff has to go into my carry-on bag. It seems that trip packing is very similar to video editing: it's harder to make a short video than a long one. 2011-12-01 18:18:00 Here's the press release from UConn about UConn Huskies women's basketball players Tiffany Hayes, Stefanie Dolson and Bria Hartley being named to the Naismith Award Preseason Watch List. STORRS, Conn. ? Senior Tiffany Hayes and sophomores Stefanie Dolson and Bria Hartley were named to the 2011-12 Naismith Women?s early season watch list as announced by the Atlanta Tipoff Club on November 30. All three Huskies also earned a seat on the 2011-12 Preseason Wade Watch List and the 2011-12 Wooden Award Preseason Top-30. The list was compiled by the Atlanta Tipoff Club?s Board of Selectors, which based its criteria on player performances from the previous year and expectations for the 2012 college basketball season. The 2012 Naismith Trophy will be awarded at the NCAA Women?s Final Four in Denver.
