2008-04-11 14:34:00 Si fa un gran parlare di voto utile o voto disgiunto, l'argomento è ampio e complesso, cercheremo allora di focalizzare la questione solo sui gli elettori del PD, perchè e dove dovrebbero votare Sinistra Arcobaleno per favorire loro stessi e svantaggiare Berlusconi. Ovviamente ci riferiamo solo al senato, dove i partiti piccoli (UDC e Sinistra Arcobaleno) devono raggiungere la soglia dell'8%, altrimenti vedono i loro seggi convolare soprattutto verso il PDL di Berlusconi (nelle regioni da noi trattate). Per tutti gli altri elettori rimandiamo all'ottima analisi di Noise Amerika, da cui abbiamo estrapolato dati e spiegazioni. Sarebbe fin troppo facile parlarvene bene e rischierei di sembrare fin troppo "di parte", ma io non parlo mai delle persone che stimo se non c'è una buona ragione. As if our existence had several crossed together with weights on the ends. There we are, in the middle, trying to stay upright while the platform tilts one way or another. Food, wine, friends, work, travel, culture, education and relax are all things that make the platform swing. Patience, still only 30 minutes, and quality ingredients are the keys to this marvelous food. It can be a first plate, a compliment to Osso Buco, or an entrée.Use only Arborio Rice, fresh grated Parmesan Cheese, and quality Saffron. Some companies will use parts of the flower that have no flavor or color to increase their profitability. Use only Italian or Spanish Saffron. The Italian will most often be in a powder. One small package is sufficient for 500 grams of rice. The Spanish form is usually in a string. Grind this string Saffron in a mortar reducing it to a powder otherwise it will be difficult to dissolve the Saffron.
