House of Lords Favours Consumers Over Credit Card Companies
2007-11-01 14:13:00 A decision has been reached by the House of Commons to award credit card consumers with a full refund for any purchases made abroad that are damaged or undelivered. The decision is backed up by section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act which states that credit purchases between £100 and £30,000 are insured by the card issuing companies. |
