I'm still looking to lose a little more weight, so I started walking.  I went every two or three days for about 15 minutes and then boom, on Sunday, I went for 30 minutes (I timed it on the car addy to be about 2 miles) and have been doing the 30 a day for 3 days now.  I am feeling better, but have not weighed myself yet.  The kick start was some hoodia that I took about a year or so ago and then just eating healthier.  Once I lost a little it gave me the inspiration to do more and I am liking the results.Besides hoodia it seems that people are looking for Phentermine.  This is a low rated addition to pills, but seems to be the most sought after although it is harder to get.  Consumer Price Watch is reviewing these and other weight loss pills and giving their reports on the top ten.
