Benedictine College officials have announced that legendary football coach Lou Holtz will be the commencement speaker for the May 12 graduation ceremony. The successful coach, broadcaster, author and motivational speaker will also receive an honorary doctorate during the ceremony beginning at 10 a.m. in the Ralph Nolan Gymnasium on the BC campus.?We are thrilled to have someone of Lou?s stature as our commencement speaker,? said Benedictine College President Stephen D. Minnis. ?He represents values like hard work, ethical behavior, and a focus on the important things in life.
