Review: Getting Started with Apple Color with Robbie Carman from Lynda.com
2008-03-07 15:21:00 Last week I posted a review for this training title, without having access to the files included.I have since upgraded to Premium membership, and just finished going through this title again, using the exercise files, which are 500mb in size, but are split into two, 250mb files, but if you follow the instructions provided it's easy to join them up.With the files, I found it, a very useful way to get a introduction for Color, being able to replicate what Roobie was doing in the videos.My only knit pick, is that if you want to pause the video, if you're watching it coming off the internet, like I do, rather than having purchased the DVD, you have to go over to your browser window and pause it.I don't know if there's a way to put that sort of control into the page, but it would be useful.Still a very good title, I will soon be moving on to: Apple Color Essential Training by the same author.

Getting Started with Apple Color with Robbie Carman, is members exclusive title from Lynda.com. If you're a Premium subscriber, the files that are used in this title, are included, but since I don't this membership level, I won't be able to use these files.This title runs for 1hour 25 mins, and give a simpel introduction to the Color Application.Robbie doesn't go into to much detail at this point, since this is just a introduction.The resolution on the video is a good size, and Robbie voice is is friendly and doesn't get to technical... at least at this point, he may do that in the full title.Good title, well worth watching.
